Tube end forming

We have extensive expertise in a wide range of tube end forming operations: reductions, expansions, flaring, threading, rolled threads… Each tool
is custom-designed by our in-house teams.

Machine capabilities:

  • Max tube diameter: Ø114 mm
  • Max threading: 1½" BSP
  • Max tube length: 1500 mm

We also produce VICTAULIC grooves using presses and roller machines:

  • Min Ø: 26.9 mm (thickness 1.7 to 2.9 mm)
  • Max Ø: 323 mm (thickness 4 to 9.53 mm)

Our automated equipment (feeders or robots) ensures precision, repeatability, and high performance.
