The increasing diversity of our production requires streamlined logistics and significant storage capacity. To ensure efficient management of internal flows, we rely on a high-performance ERP system and a computerized storage system tailored to each type of part.
Our equipment includes in particular:
- A tube storage system (max 7 m): 128 cassettes, total capacity 384 tons.
- A Europool pallet box storage system (1200 x 800 x 800 mm): 284 locations, capacity of 284 tons.
- A tray storage system: 62 trays, total capacity 215 tons.
- 2 dedicated racks for welding jigs.
- 94 and 60 dedicated bins for specific components.
- 3 vertical storage carousels connected to the ERP, with 3 x 50 trays.
All movements are tracked using barcode scanning, ensuring optimal traceability.
