Painting - Finishing - Packing - Shipping

To ensure complete control of our production chain, we perform the finishing of all our parts in-house, whether they are ready for assembly (painting) or prepared for further assembly (degreasing). This autonomy allows us to control our production costs, maintain competitiveness, and invest in cutting-edge technologies.

An expansion of our paint shop is currently underway, featuring state-of-the-art equipment for the application of liquid and powder coatings, with cyclonic recovery systems for excess paint recycling.

Our paint line is equipped with:

a rail-mounted overhead conveyor guiding parts through:
- Hanging
- Degreasing and surface treatment tunnel
- Rinsing
- Drying
- Blowing-off
- Painting booths
- Touch-up stations
- Curing oven
- Unloading

We also have:

automatic washers for unpainted parts,
a dedicated packaging and packing area,
and multiple storage platforms across Europe to support KANBAN deliveries.
