QHSE Policy – Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment
The General Management of the Othon FEY group places Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection at the heart of its sustainable development strategy.
Our QHSE policy is based on a structured and rigorous approach, aligned with the company’s core values. It rests on four main pillars:
Providing products that meet our customers’ requirements, respecting deadlines and at a controlled cost, is a permanent commitment. The performance of our processes and the quality of our services guarantee this satisfaction.
We implement management tools and relevant indicators to analyze our performance, reduce non-conformities, and optimize our practices. This dynamic is driven by all our employees, respecting the rules established in our QHSE manual.
Working conditions and safety are absolute priorities. We strive to create a healthy, safe, and motivating work environment. Through ongoing training plans and active listening, we encourage the involvement of everyone and the development of individual and collective skills.

A strategic and rigorous management
Our QHSE policy is reviewed annually during the Management Review. The SWOT method is used globally and for each process to identify our performance levers and areas for optimization.
Resulting action plans are operationally followed by process owners, using structured monitoring tools such as A4 sheets, thus ensuring effective and continuous implementation.
