tooling - prototyping - metrology

All of our production tools, assembly and inspection jigs are designed and manufactured in-house by our tooling department.

This key department, supported by a methods office equipped with CAD workstations, designs and develops all the necessary resources for production. It is a true driver of agility and innovation for our company.

We also have:

a metrology laboratory equipped with specialized instruments and 3D measuring arms,
a dedicated prototype department, capable of developing and testing new parts with the support of an integrated design unit.

Thanks to close collaboration with our clients, we support product design from the initial concept through to the final part validation.
