Robotic laser cutting - flow drilling - drilling

Our high-tech equipment enables us to carry out complex operations with precision and efficiency. We notably operate a robotized laser cutting cell (500 W), featuring a 6-axis robot, a laser head, and a rotary positioner. This configuration allows for post-forming cutting, which is ideal for preparing parts prior to welding.

For flow drilling—a technique still uncommon but highly effective for threading—we use several 3-axis CNC machining centers, equipped with 4-station transfer tables and 6-tool rotary turrets, ensuring speed and repeatability.
