Our automatic multi-spindle production cells ensure high-speed, precision machining of tubes up to 50 mm in diameter and 6 meters in length. All operations are carried out in-line for optimal productivity:
- Automatic tube loading and cutting
- Deburring, cutting to length, end forming, and machining

Thread rolling, a cold-forming process delivering excellent thread quality:
- Threads from 3/8" to 1½" BSP (British Standard Pipe)
- Tapping, facing, and sealing surface preparation
- Cleaning, degreasing, and packaging
Our equipment also enables the production of BSP threads (¼" to 2" by rolling, up to 4" by machining), as well as NPT and metric threads.
